Don't understand all the negative comments. This company is great. My son has a machine through this company and they stood by him while he went through some health issues. Not only that, when he told me his interest rate I was in shock — almost every payment is knocking money off of his machine. My husband has a machine through John Deere. No joke, it's 3 years old. The payments are higher, then the payoff is way more money than my son's new Bobcat. And they cost the same brand new, maybe a couple thousand difference. But it's just unbelievable when my son told me how much money gets put towards his payoff. I thought I would leave a review. I spoke to a very nice man with this company named Isiah that was very helpful.

Not going to go into too much detail why I was disappointed but I was told to send them something to get the auto payment started but when I did that wasn't good enough after all so I just paid off the loan before the first payment was due because I didn't want to deal with them anymore. I would suggest you find someone else to deal with.
Internal note
Robert Coke C44014 did not want to provide account backup for autopay enrollment. He didn't have voided checks and just sent a bank statement with hand written information on it. When we advised we needed official bank documentation if he does not have voided check he said it was too much to go through and was just paying off.

Very poor service and multiple accounting errors. I do not recommend this company.
Internal note
This was a Fulton buyout where the account was rebooked but I think the customer also received a deferral during the rebooking process which I think we pulled some invoices that shouldn't have been processed that we refunded to them.
